We chose a room on the 2nd floor, facing north, to take a view of the large garden (8 rai) which we jointly own with 3 projects: Abstracts Phahonyothin, The Line Phahonyothin Park, The Line Vibe Phahonyothin), which is #the most prominent feature of the project. We can look at the garden view from the bedroom or sit and admire the garden and chill. You can listen to the birds singing on the balcony. Or go for a walk You can run around the garden. (No need to rely on Rot Fai Park/Chatuchak Park, which may be a selling point of other projects.. But if you want to go, you can go. Because it's close to only 2km/ 1 skytrain station) .. it's a city view condo. Looking high and far I think you can find it everywhere. But the condo has a view of the large garden of the project itself. There is green space. There are so many trees like this. We haven't encountered it yet and we like that the atmosphere is similar to a hotel.. Now if we look at the garden You can see the trees in full. It should be on the 2nd-4th floor, depending on what level we want to look at. The example garden view in the picture is the garden in front of The Line Phahonyothin Park because The Line Vibe building is not yet finished.
